Nervous

On my way to my first ever mammography. I've heard it's very painful, that doesn't help my nerves.

I am always nervous the first time I will do something. Before I know where to go, what to do, what will happen. Next time will be calmer when I know how it's all done. Whenever the next time is. How often do they call you for screening??
